Processing Time:
At Blumbz, we aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 7 working days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing and shipping may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Blumbz is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages:
Blumbz is not liable for any items damaged or lost during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all original packaging and the damaged items when filing a claim.
