1. Return Policy

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or non-functional device
  • The device has major cosmetic damage (beyond acceptable refurbished standards)
  • You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect model, color, or variant)

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Return requests that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality
  • Damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized repairs
  • Software-related issues that can be resolved with updates or resets

2. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if your device shows a functional issue.

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Devices with defective hardware
  • Devices with major performance or usability issues

The exchanged product will be of the same model or equivalent value, depending on stock availability.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
